The Service
Plana is software for shift scheduling and for producing payroll data for businesses in the restaurant industry. The service is provided by Kasvu SK Oy (Business ID 3143367-7). The service is provided as is and is under continuous development.
Account and users
The customer is responsible for its credentials and for deciding whom it grants access to its organization's data. The customer is responsible for ensuring that its employees' data has been collected lawfully.
Fees and trial period
During the public beta the trial period is 3 months and does not require a payment card. A paid subscription is billed in advance according to the selected billing period. Prices are exclusive of VAT. The subscription continues until it is terminated.
Termination
The customer may end the subscription at any time. The period already paid for may be used until its end. After the subscription has ended, the data remains readable but cannot be edited until the subscription is renewed or the account is deleted.
Limitation of liability
Plana produces calculations and checks based on the collective agreement (TES) and the law, but responsibility for paying wages and for keeping working time records rests with the employer. The figures produced by the software should be checked before wages are paid.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes through negotiation.
