New: Plana is now also available in English

What changed

The Plana web app and the public website are available in Finnish, Chinese and now also English. English is the third language, and it covers both the app and the website. In Plana, Finnish and Chinese are each a full interface language, not translations of one another, and English joins them as the third. The employee app already works in four languages: Finnish, Chinese, English and Vietnamese.

Here is who benefits: a restaurant supervisor or accountant who would rather read English than Finnish or Chinese. They can now read the website and use the web app in English.

The legal pages and the accountant's agreement

The legal pages and the data processing agreement made with the accountant (henkilötietojen käsittelysopimus) also have English versions. Here is who benefits: an owner or accountant who accepts the agreement and wants to read the document in a language they fully understand before accepting it.

What is still in Finnish

Not everything has been translated. Public holiday names and some of the TES option names (TES is the collective agreement of the hospitality sector) still appear in Finnish, even in the English interface. For now, English-speaking users will meet some Finnish words in these places. This update covers the web app and the public website, not the employee app.
